ProQuest Database Trials

Entry Categories: E-Resources

ProQuest has agreed to offer Nebraska libraries trial access to the following four databases for the time period running from March 5, 2009 through April 3, 2009.

  • ProQuest Entrepreneurship - Search worldwide publications and multi-media related to the topic of Entrepreneurship. Intended to bridge theory with practice, the Entrepreneurship database covers a wide spectrum of resources useful to educators, researchers, students and practitioners. Content ranges from the scholarly - including journals, dissertations, working papers and conference proceedings - to a full toolkit of practical guides, templates, forms, sample business plans, and tips from successful entrepreneurs.
  • ProQuest Research Library - One of the most comprehensive databases available through the ProQuest online system, Research Library provides access to full-text journals across a wide range of subject areas, including business, education, literature, political science, and psychology. The database can be customized to meet the specific needs of many different types of libraries and information centers.
  • ProQuest Family Health - Search a collection of full-text magazines and journals covering numerous aspects of family health-from sports injuries to women's health, from food and nutrition to midwifery, from eye care to dentistry.
  • CultureGrams - Offers concise, reliable and up to date country reports on 204 cultures of the world, U.S. states, and Canadian provinces (2006), and more.
