After initial vowels:
2nd letter b d l,m n p r s,t u-y use number: 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9
After the initial letter S:
2nd letter a ch e h,i m-p t u w-z use number: 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9
After the initial letter Qu:
3rd letter a e i o r t y use number: 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 for names beginning Qa-Qt use: 2-29
After other initial consonants:
2nd letter a e i o r u y use number: 3 4 5 6 7 8 9
When an additional number is preferred:
3rd letter a-d e-h i-l m-o p-s t-v w-z use number: 3 4 5 6 7 8 9
Translation Cuttering

Add one (1) digit to last cutter number for works with two cutters, and add two (2) digits to cutter number for works with one (1) cutter number.
The numbers listed below represent the following languages into which the work has been translated:
Add TO SINGLE CUTTER 13 English 14 French 15 German 16 Italian 17 Russian 18 Spanish
Add TO DOUBLE CUTTER 3 English 4 French 5 German 6 Italian 7 Russian 8 Spanish
